New Constitution for Eden Marine Centre Ltd
The Board of Directors of Eden Marine Centre Ltd. (Trustee for The Eden Whale Discovery Centre Research Trust and trading as "Sapphire Coast Marine Discovery Centre") signed off on a new Constitution recently and we have been advised that it has now been processed by the Australian Securities & Investment Commission.
